![]() I was able to resolve that by making sure he's sending in plain text, but because of this I know at least that customer is not using Outlook as their email client. ![]() Has anyone been able to resolve this? Additional info: - Exchange Server 2003 SP2 - Outlook 2007 using POP3 - Only occurs with a few customers - One of the customers he has the issue with also complained about receiving. I've viewed other threads with similar issues, but none of them listed a resolution. He is able to forward that same message from Outlook back to himself and view the customer response once again using OWA or Blackberry. pst, the customer response can no longer be viewed. The user is using POP3 as he constantly travels, so once he downloads the message from the server to his Outlook. He is able to see the customer response using OWA and also on his Blackberry, but not Outlook. One of our users is not able to see replies from some customers using Outlook 2007, he just sees his original message, but nothing from the customer.
